Beach house, elaborated using Revit Architecture software.
In a narrow terrain, with a rectangular configuration and practically level, two houses are designed mirrored, assuming itself as a single linear house, that values the natural light, the areas of conviviality and privacy.




On the ground floor, and taking into account the width of the ground of 13 meters, it is opted to lean on the extreme left side, in order to free space on the street on the right and conceive of the creation of a side passage that facilitates access to the service area at the back of the terrain when the beach arrives.






The beach house receives as a suggestion the use of materials compatible with the environment such as frequent use of concrete and porcelain tiles, which resist the action of weather and sea air. In addition to the use of rustic finishes, such as brick and burnt cement, which in addition to durable give contemporary air to the residence.
